Responsibilities the position will include, but are not limited to:

• Market research as it relates to Catalytics’ marketing initiatives
• Telephone prospecting 
• Arrange and plan meetings, presentations and/or conference calls including webinars
• Maintain accurate contact data and sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow up of all leads
• Coordinate and execute on all marketing initiatives
• Ensure web page content is kept current

As an application developer, you will play a pivotal role being part of a collaborative team that provides software solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Write, modify, integrate and test software code
• Maintain existing software
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements
• Create, analyse and implement data models
• Perform installation, configuration, testing, maintenance and upgrades of software
• Perform database performance optimization and query tuning/resource monitoring

Technical Required Skills:

Experience with:

• C#.NET & VB.NET
• MS SQL Server (2005,2008)
• XML
• Javascript
• Office 2003 & 2007 +
• Microsoft .Net Certified professional (3.5 preferred)

Knowledge of:

• .NET 2.0/3.0 +
• VS.NET ( 2005 and 2008) (Visual Studio .NET)

Must have:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years development experience, 4 years of which in .NET technologies and tools.
• Must be proficient in the following technologies: C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, WPF, Silverlight, VBScript/JavaScript, COM, XML, Web Services/WCF, and XAML.
• SQL Server 2005/2008, Database Design, Object-Oriented Design, and Service-based architectures.
• Experience in distributed computing, OO analysis, design and development.
• Good knowledge and understanding of internet and networking TCP/IP protocol
• Solid understanding of SDLC and development methodologies.
• Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and multi tasking skills
• Detail oriented with passion for technical quality and client service excellence
• Self-starter, independent and proactive
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Thrives on learning

Assets:

• LINQ
• OOAD
• MS Analysis Services (OLAP) (MDX + / DMX +)
• Experience with multi-tier distributed applications design and development
